LELO has an immediate need for a proactive and hands-on Trade Marketing/Sales Manager to join our award-winning North America team. This position will lead Trade Marketing team and manage workflow to maintain good communication between local and global teams, timely execution of projects and devise new strategies to grow and improve B2B activities and campaigns.

Essential Job Functions:

You will be a key contact on marketing requests from sales team on all LELO/HEX/INTIMINA activities and everyday needs. Additional job functions are listed below:

• Responsible for all hard POS materials adaptations to local languages for existing portfolio: window decorations, displays, in-store visuals, tailor-made solutions specific POS material, retailers’ ads and print editions

• Responsible for developing of all trade shows / events support for new launches or special promotional activity: fairs, events, promotions in store, duty free, promotional activities with the retailers in-store

• Work closely with Sales / Trade Marketing team to implement B2B strategies and promo plan in order to organize product launch support in terms of POSM in the NA market

• Gather necessary information on marketing requests such as ads and customized POS material (key content, dimensions, intention for use according to design template)

• Collect all GWP/displays/POS /new products forecasts from the local markets and coordination with the global team

• Manage adaptation of Global marketing campaigns to suit North America

• Adapt global sales presentation/product presentations to local needs - specific portfolio offer or specific retailer channel changes

• Support Sales manager in creating strategic presentations for sales teams in order to support new launches / conquest of new clients / entering new markets / special projects

• Project management of all trade marketing creative assets, briefing through to delivery

• Lead marketing initiatives for local markets to ensure LELO/HEX/INTIMINA is always top-of-mind

• Prepare monthly trade marketing reports

• Perform related work as required

Required/Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

The selected candidate will have knowledge/skills/abilities in the following areas:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing degree preferred

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role

• Native level of English and excellent communications skills (written and verbal) including presentation and speaking skills

• Team management experience

• Dedication, goal oriented and ability to manage teams to meet strict deadlines

• Demonstrate an ability to thrive in a highly visible fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities

• Extremely well organized in your work: to-do lists, sheets, automatized reports. You will need to be able to manage multi-layer, multi-platform, multi-market activities

• Knowledge of Google G-Suite and Microsoft Office Suite

• Critical eye and striving for excellence in everything created

• Result-driven and with high level of motivation and persistence
