LELO is looking for an action-oriented individual ready to make a positive impact in the sex toys and women’s health industries. You will be responsible for the local EMEA communications and PR for our sex toy brand, LELO and women’s health brand, Intimina.
This fast paced role will have you assisting in the development of a communication strategy for the EMEA region that will strengthen the brands and assist in revenue growth across the EMEA markets you are responsible for. You will also work alongside both the LELO and Intimina teams globally from our fantastics head office in Zagreb to translate the brand strategy into actions appropriate for your assigned markets.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
As part of the communications team you will report to the Global PR Manager and support with the planning and implementation of the EMEA communications strategy and local national level strategies covering PR, Media Relations, Advertising, Events & Sponsorships. Whilst we have a dedicated social media and influencer department, you will be responsible for earned influencer opportunities also.
You will be responsible for the day to day marketing communication and PR support to our local offices across the EMEA region as we roll out global campaigns to each market (and for both the LELO and Intimina brands).
You will develop media, blogger and earned influencer relationships across the EMEA region.
You will develop award winning and impactful integrated communication campaigns for the EMEA region and support local teams with localised campaigns and events for the LELO and Intimina brands
You will measure and track the success of our communication activities and report on market and PR activities on a monthly basis and to tight deadlines
You will become a PR guru.
You will play a part in evaluating sponsorship and partnership proposals for the EMEA region and will support the local teams.
You will build collaborative and strong relationships with all stakeholders.
You will be aware of and be able to maximise opportunities and amplify PR efforts across our other departments such as social media and digital.
WHO YOU ARE
You are an English native speaker and other language skills would be advantageous
You have 2+ years of experience in Communications, PR, Journalism, Marketing, or surprise us with your background altogether.
You can sense a story and develop an angle.
You can turn your hand to anything and constantly improve at what you do.
Multitasking comes as second nature and you thrive under pressure as a natural problem solver and a strong team player.
Natural ability to build, develop and maintain relationships at multiple levels.
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and not only are you creative but you are very resourceful too.
You have a developed contact list of relevant media and a history of successfully pitching to media.
Strong analytical skills and project management skills.
A track record of successful delivery of media campaigns, with some international campaign experience a plus.
