LELO has an immediate need for an inspirational, talented and hands-on Order Processing Specialist to join our award-winning team. 

Under general supervision, the Order Processing Specialist is responsible for preparing all aspects of order processing and coordinating shipping requirements to meet daily deliveries by entering customer orders into the system received throughout the day. This includes storage, processing, data management and maintaining an orderly and up-to-date filing system. The objective is to process orders with a focus on providing exemplary customer service. 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Processes incoming orders via various channels, checks data accuracy and approves orders in a timely manner
  • Collaborates with customer, sales and global team to resolve price discrepancy issues prior to order approval
  • Monitor SKUs at low inventory level and assign orders to be fulfilled by different logistic center if needed
  • Communicate with customers for unfulfillable item(s) due to out of stock
  • Notify sales team if order(s) may miss expected delivery date
  • Collaborates with the sales team in order to be aware of forecasts and anticipate for higher volume
  • Maintain purchase orders in both digital and paper forms in orderly matter
  • Provides recommendations for improved efficiencies and workflow within the overall
  • order processing team
  • Relay discrepancy claims from customers to accounting, sales and/or logistic teams
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines/multi-task with a high degree of accuracy 
  • Must be detail oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through
  • Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks
  • Decision making skills and ability to work with multiple departments
  • Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills


  • Highschool Diploma/GED or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of administrative support experience
  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Suite or equivalent applications
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbally and in writing

Individual must possess the knowledge and following skills and abilities or be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities:

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis, sit and use a computer for a long period of time
  • Manual and physical dexterity needed to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documents
  • Sufficient vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in hand-written forms, and printed on papers
  • Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
