LELO has an immediate need for an inspirational, talented and hands-on Marketing Communications Manager who will deliver full responsibility for the success of LELO and INTIMINA brands in North America. This unique leadership role will develop, implement and execute strategic marketing plans for multiple brands in order to build brand awareness, to increase market share, attract potential customers and retain existing customers.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Manages full marketing mix and drives forward with passion on inspiring change across the industry
  • Develops marketing goals and strategies, executes promotional activities and branding
  • Manages brand image across all communication channels, liaising with media organizations and advertising agencies
  • Manages agency partners and relationships
  • Stays up to date on industry trends and conducts market analysis and research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Determines and monitors budgets, targets, advertising and communication proposal evaluations
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of the job

  • Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
  • Solid understanding and passion of marketing, positioning, branding, communication and PR context and activities
  • Strong Budgeting and Project Management skills
  • Creativity – we’re looking for someone who can originate smart, impactful story ideas
  • Innovative – to love finding new unexpected ways to organically tell the story of the brands/products
  • Results-driven – be comfortable working on analytical tasks and trend forecasting


  • Bachelor’s degree (in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or Liberal Arts preferred)
  • Minimum of five years of relevant experience
  • Strong proficiency in understanding traditional and emerging marketing channels
  • Excellent knowledge of the modern-day digital business landscape
  • Intermediate proficiency with Google Suite applications
  • Extremely organized with the ability to use to-do lists, automatized reports, project management software
  • Critical thinking and strive for excellence in everything created
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to clearly communicate in English both verbally and in writing, to include strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work flexible and remote schedule (work hours will be based on business needs)
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Individual must possess the knowledge and following skills and abilities or be able to perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities:

  • Ability to bend, stoop, reach, stand, move from one area of the building to another on a regular basis, sit and use a computer for a long period of time
  • Manual and physical dexterity needed to operate a computer keyboard and handle paper documents
  • Sufficient vision acuity to read information appearing on computer display screen, in hand-written forms, and printed on papers
  • Adequate hearing and verbal abilities to communicate effectively in person and by telephone
  • Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 pounds
