We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Planning & Analysis Specialist to join our global finance team!

WHAT WILL YOU DO:

  • Monitor and analyze costs versus plan and budget
  • Prepare and present regular cost analysis reports
  • Support cost budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Identify deviations and propose improvements in results, cost center, and cost category structures
  • Control, maintain, and analyze price lists and pricing structures in close cooperation with sales teams worldwide
  • Compile and analyze inventory data and assist in root cause analysis
  • Monitor stock levels and proactively alert teams to potential issues
  • Assist in generating short- and long-term demand forecasts
  • Cooperate daily with accounting, sales, logistics, and management teams.

WHAT WILL YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in controlling, finance, pricing, or reporting
  • Very strong Excel skills (BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI are a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
  • High level of English is mandatory
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
