Job Description
LELO is looking for a commercially-minded Digital Growth Specialist to support the Head of Business Development, APAC (excluding Mainland China/Oceania) in driving brand visibility and revenue growth across the region. You will act as the digital architect for our B2B partnerships and regional marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada), owning the end-to-end campaign lifecycle from KOL identification and deal negotiation to content brief creation and performance analysis. You will be responsible for ensuring that every digital touchpoint—whether a co-branded B2B launch or a e-commerce activation, aligns with LELO’s global standards while remaining sensitive to the cultural nuances of diverse Asian markets.
This role is perfect for a self-motivated strategist with 4–6 years of experience who thrives on blending brand storytelling with the data-driven world of e-commerce to redefine health and wellbeing in a fast-growing, niche category.
What you’ll do at LELO
B2B Growth: Lead digital strategy for B2B partners, creating campaigns that stimulate growth and drive sales directly to partner channels.
Marketplace Optimization: Work closely with partners to optimize our presence on marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, etc.), identifying expansion opportunities in new APAC territories.
Strategic Creative Lead: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of non-traditional campaigns by leveraging organic community engagement and niche media platforms. You will design innovative content strategies that bypass traditional advertising restrictions, using authentic storytelling to influence consumer behavior and drive high-intent traffic while upholding LELO’s global standards.
Performance Analysis: Own the data feedback loop, analyzing campaign results to optimize ROI and reporting findings to global and local stakeholders.
Market Innovation: Stay ahead of digital trends to identify how LELO can maintain its edge in a competitive wellness landscape.
Required qualifications
Degree holder in Marketing or relevant field
4–6 years of experience in E-Commerce, Performance Marketing (Agency or Brand side) and Digital Marketing.
Deep understanding of the Shopee/Lazada ecosystem (or similar marketplace platforms) including "storefront" optimization and internal ad tools.
Confident in negotiating with talent and external partners to achieve cost-effective outcomes..
Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. You must be comfortable presenting data-backed strategies to both B2B partners and internal leadership.
Able to independently evaluate a new market and propose a digital entry roadmap.
Nice To Have Qualifications:
Experience with social commerce platforms (Meta, TikTok Shop, XHS etc)
An additional Asian language (Japanese, Korean)
