KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working the night shift (from 16:00 to 23:59)
  • Verifying and approving/canceling online orders
  • Editing orders according to customers and/or logistics department requests
  • Verifying the data synchronization between the digital content management platform and the operating system
  • Creating orders
  • Requesting/providing information from/to the delivery companies/logistics department/customers to complete problematic deliveries
  • Responding to customer inquiries in English
  • Attending to customers phone calls and warranty claims in English
  • Cooperating to the creation of working material for the team advantage
  • Pro-actively taking part in the process for establishing/improving the department procedures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
  • Experience in Customer Care is an advantage
  • Passion for Customer Care
  • You are willing to go above and beyond to provide an amazing service that delights customers will be a plus
  • Problem-solving capabilities necessary to accomplish the duties and tasks of the position
  • Good organizational and planning skills
  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment.
  • Detail oriented
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and e-mail
