KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responding to customers inquiries in English

  • Attending to customers emails and warranty claims in English

  • Verifying and approving/canceling online orders

  • Editing orders according to customers and/or logistics department requests

  • Verifying the data synchronization between the digital content management platform and the operating system

  • Creating orders

  • Requesting/providing information from/to the delivery companies/logistics department/customers to complete problematic deliveries

PERIOD

From mid October until mid January 2026, with the possibility to prolong the assignment if the workload will require it.


WORKING HOURS

8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English

  • Proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, and e-mail

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills

  • Problem-solving capabilities and flexibility to adapt to the department rhythm

  • Attention to details and accountability

  • Good organizational and planning skills

  • Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills

  • Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team-oriented environment

  • Passion for Customer Care: the will to go above and beyond to provide an amazing service that makes our customers happy

  • Knowledge of an additional language is appreciated, but not a must

  • Experience in Customer Care is an advantage, but not a must
