LELO has an immediate need for an inspirational, talented and hands-on Business Development Director/Sales Executive to join our award-winning US team.  In turn, we offer an exciting and dynamic working environment.  The ideal applicant will be based out of our San Jose, California office and will provide leadership to our sales and marketing team.  In addition, the individual in this role will build trust with customers, developing long-term relationships by providing key product inventory and products solutions.   Primary responsibilities will include managing and developing talent and driving the business sales strategy that encompasses US locations. By leading and inspiring all team members to provide unparalleled customer service, the Business Development Director/Sales Executive fosters long-term loyalty to LELO and its business development objectives.  

Essential Job Functions:
LELO is looking for a Business Development Director/Sales Executive who can provide direct oversight for the day to day operations of the team.  In addition, and this individual will drive strategy implementation and execution with passion, while inspiring positive change across the industry and the team. Additional job functions are listed below:

●  Lead, coach, and develop talent (including remote talent) to support all business development objectives, operational goals and company growth
   - Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
   -Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
   - Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
   - Report on team and individual performance
   - Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
   - Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

●  Maintain a constant influence with every customer, ensuring team members are intensely focused on forging new relationships, managing accounts, and building loyalty by providing quality experiences for business customers
●  Ability to lead and influence cross-functional relationships with both internal and external partners
●  Drive incremental revenue, create new relationships and manage existing ones, and build loyalty within a market region
●  Bridge the worlds of retail and online business development by combining the company vision with field execution to create future business success
●  Strong understanding of how to position solutions for business clients

Required/Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
The selected candidate will have knowledge/skills/abilities in the following areas:
●   Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in business administration, sales and/or marketing
●  Minimum of five years of management experience including hiring, coaching, performance management, daily operations and discipline
●  Minimum of ten years of relevant sales/marketing experience to include complex business development  across multiple locations
●  Cross-industry experience is welcome — a retail background is necessary
●  Prior experience in luxury/premium consumer brands preferred
●  Strong communications skills with the ability to clearly communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
●  Results-driven – be comfortable working on analytical tasks, trend forecasting and be comfortable reporting results to members of the management and executive team
●  You have a passion for learning about LELO and INTIMINA products
●  Must feel comfortable working for an adult brand and sexual wellness products
●  Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel) and Google Drive
●  Must be detail oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-through
●  Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasks
●  You’ll need to be flexible with your schedule. Your work hours will be based on business needs
●  Ability to adapt to changes and work in a fast paced, demanding environment
●  Ability to travel (both domestically/internationally)
